One thing that we love about this elliptical is that it offers the best feet cushioning which is important for any exercise machine. If you’re feet are comfortable when exercising , you can get to do more work out on the elliptical.  The oversized pedals and the X-comfort foot pads are responsible for the best feet cushioning.  It also allows you to adjust the angle of the foot on its pedals because of another great feature it has which is the very ergonomic EZ3 system.  This feature will help you to complete a 30 minute work out without your feet getting numb.

Aside from the comfortable pedals, the Bodyguard E230X Elliptical is one great buy because of its sturdiness and quality.  Most user’s would agree when I say that this elliptical is one of the most solid machines around. The maximum weight for user capacity is 350 lbs. but once you get into the machine, you will instantly feel how heavy-duty it is. Unlike other elliptical where you get to experience some side to side rocking or shakiness, this elliptical is as stable as it can be.

One other advantage of the E230x elliptical is that you won’t have trouble setting it up because it comes almost fully assembled. It comes with an instruction manual that is easy to understand and will guide you through the assembly.  If you are not mechanically inclined, then this machine will be good for you as it will not give you headaches in setting up. In fact, some consumers say that the quick assembly only takes less than 30 minutes.

The downside of this machine is with the handgrips of the unit. It could be uncomfortable during workouts. The location of the moving arms causes shoulder strain. This is because when you hold on to the handlebar grips, it drives the your arms so far back. Many tall users are having issues with this machine as well because of the handle bars.
