Octane Q 35 Elliptical 20.5″ stride length can’t be adjusted to your preference and the package does not include a wireless heart rate control unlike its sister Q45e elliptical. The workout options in this machine are limited compared to other elliptical machines in the market but it’s still a great workout companion. Its design on the front and circular motion is basically the same with Octane Q45e elliptical.

This feature of the Octane Q 35 motivates the user with various workout instructions to maximize the machine’s benefit to the whole body.

The Octane Q35 is a sturdy machine and a real heavy one. It can support even a heavy user of up to 300 pounds and will still remain in place even if you move really fast or hard. This is an advantage for a more stable workout but you have to really plan where to place it because moving it around takes a lot of energy. It is suggested that you place it near a power source or an outlet. The size of the machine is not that bulky compared with other elliptical machines so it won’t be taking so much space inside a room. The Octane Q35 Elliptical Trainer would have been better if not for its price. This machine is great for starters who are really out of shape and needs to burn some fats and produce more muscles. Although the Octane Q45e is a better version of the Octane Q35 Elliptical Trainer, this machine can also deliver as far as pre-programmed workout or exercise instructions is concerned.
