The ProForm 10.0 ZE Elliptical is the new 2010 rear drive elliptical model. You can count with an adjustable stride length, with 3 choices: 13’’, 15’’ and 18’’. This feature allows you to target different muscles as you workout, plus it gives users with different heights better comfort. It is very efficient with 12 digital resistance levels, to burn more calories as you increase the intensity of your workout.
It is an entry level elliptical, price target in which Proform feels so comfortable. It is loaded with great features and it is solid and sturdy, smooth and quiet. The warranty isn’t that great and the 275 pound maximum weight for users isn’t that great either. But, for the price you pay, can’t ask for much more.

Great entry level elliptical trainer
The ProForm 10.0 ZE Elliptical is a good choice if you are not expecting too much from it. If you are looking for an elliptical with which you can work out seriously, you’d better look somewhere else, this elliptical is great if you like power walking or light jogging, above that you may test the limits of the machine.
Other than that everything else put this elliptical on the top of its price range. It has a space saver design that allows it to be folded, it is compatible with iFit technology, the large LCD display has all the info that you need to keep your stats controlled.
You can’t find much information yet about this elliptical, it is a brand new model for 2010, but the hype is out there, specially about its adjustable stride with 3 lengths to choose from: 13”, 15”, and 18”. And also the 12 levels of resistance than combined with the resistance greatly increase the benefits of you time working out with this elliptical.
Plus all the nice things that you will love, like the fact that it can be folded to be stored away after you have used it, the music port for iPod’s with the sound system Intermix Acoustics. It is perfect for home usage.

The ProForm 10.0 ZE Elliptical is great for an entry level elliptical trainer. Since it is a new model it is still to be tested and approved by users and see what they have to say about it. As far as looking at the features and specifications it seems like a good buy for 2010.
