Though some customers have thought otherwise.
“The machine is very sturdy and smooth. It took about 3 hours to put together.It was missing 4 washers when putting together. The description isn’t accurate. It says there is a “coolair fan” but there is not. Proform resolved it by crediting me and assuring they would change the description. Also it states there is an “IPod dock”, which there is not. There is only a USB and stereo jack. It looks like they took their description form the Nordic Track site.”
Only suggestion here would be to read the review and inspect the product well enough before taking a delivery. But, overall, it is ideal for users with small, medium and long heights (up to 22 inches) and quite easy on the space consumption and your budget. Proform’s good warranty is an added advantage.
The 20 levels of resistance have been designed by a Certified Personal Trainer and can be categorised into weight loss, aerobic and performance. All can be adjusted to your needs and requirements. Interplay MP3, a dock station and a fitness journal adds a youth appeal to it and makes it ideal for the younger generation.
