The Smooth Agile DMT-X1 Elliptical Trainer is above all flexible in its wide range of exercise options that you have. It features the unique Dynamic Motion technology that allows you to choose from 12 different elliptical motions. It varies the stride and the elliptical motion to include in your exercise more muscles that usually you wouldn’t with a standard elliptical motion path.

Another good innovation are the Lite Touch Thumb controls that allow you to change the settings in the elliptical by infrared touch controls on the handlebars. This is great for not interrupting your exercise and allowing you to easily change the resistance or motion path and you exercise.
